To authorise Sheffield City Council to carry
out the licensing enforcement function in respect of hackney
carriage and private hire vehicles.
To authorise the officers of Sheffield City Council specified in
the attached schedule to exercise the licensing powers set out
therein in respect of hackney carriage and private hire
vehicles.
This authorisation is in respect of the licensing functions
exercised in both North East Derfyshire and Bolsover
Districts.
