Reason for urgency:
In accordance with 13 (h) of the Council’s Scrutiny Rules, notice is hereby given that the Call-in procedure has been waived in respect of this Key Decision. The submission deadline is 28th November 2025 and there is not sufficient time to go through the Call-in process and still be able to submit the Council’s proposal on time to Government. This would result in no submission from the Council and this would seriously prejudice the Council’s and the publics interests.
