Authority for Decision: The resolution of North East Derbyshire District Council on 2nd March 2020 and the same resolution of Bolsover District Council on 4th March 2020 as follows:- That in consultation with the Leader, the Head of Paid Services is given delegated authority to deal with issues, as they arise, to ensure the implementation of the news structure is completed, this to include the allocation of responsibilities in the Delegation Scheme in the Constitution including Proper Officer appointments.
