To appoint a Secretary of the Joint ICT Committee for the 2024-25 Municipal Year.

To appoint a Treasurer of the Joint ICT Committee for the 2024-25 Municipal Year.

To appoint an Auditor of the Joint ICT Committee for the 2024-2025 Municipal Year.
