RESOLVED - That the Minutes of the meeting held on 7 February 2023 were noted.

Presentation of the Environmental Team Manager (Licensing)

The Environmental Health Team Manager (Licensing) delivered an update on progress with the new Licensing Act 2003 Policy.

Members were advised that a Licensing & Gambling Acts Committee meeting would need to take place in the coming months to give approval to the final draft of the Policy.

RESOLVED – That the update was noted.

Presentation of the Environmental Team Manager (Licensing)

The Environmental Health Team Manager (Licensing) delivered an update on the officers within the Licensing team.

Members were informed that the team had been restructured and all vacancies had now been filled. A temporary role would also be created to ensure the Licensing Act 2003 would be completed.

RESOLVED – That the update was noted.

To consider any other matter which the Chair of the Committee is of the opinion should be considered as a matter of urgency.
