To approve the grant of a temporary licence to Avonside Roofing for use of land at Hucklow Avenue, North Wingfield under the Council's standard terms and conditions for such licences.

Reasons for the decision:

Avonside Roofing is in temporary occupation of Council owned land at Hucklow Avenue, North Wingfield (outlined in red on the attached plan). The land is being used for the location of storage and welfare facilities whilst undertaking the EWI programme on the estate.
