That the retail lock up shop 59 Market Street, Eckington S21 4FT be rented to Mrs Elizabeth Fry on behalf of Eckington town Team, under the terms of a standard Council 3 year lease for commercial Property.

Reasons for the decision:

The proposed letting of 59 Market, Eckington to maintain current income stream.

The property is currently vacant and therefore this letting would not only generate additional income in rent, but would remove any financial liabilities for the cost of utilities and NNDR.
