Section 21 of the Town Police Clauses Act 1847. The road to be
closed is part of High Street, Dronfield as shown coloured red on
the attached plan on Friday 24th November 2023 from 4PM to
8PM.
To enable Dronfield Town Council to hold a
Christmas Festival safely in the vicinity of the road closure
during the specified times.
There are no other options available for this
event and it will not go ahead without the Temporary Road Closure
being in place.
