Section 21 of the Town Police Clauses Act 1847. The direct roads to
be closed are: Market Street (between Gosber Street and Royale
Close), and part of Southgate (from the junction of Market Street
to the junction of Station Road, Eckington) on Friday 4th August
between 6:30am-9pm.
To enable Eckington Parish Council to hold a
Food and Craft Market.
There are no other options available for this
event and it will not go ahead without the Temporary Road Closure
being in place.
