To increase the hours of the Administrative Officer post within the Joint ICT service from 18.5hrs to 37 hours per week, for 12 Month period until 26th April 2025

Reasons for the decision:

To help clear a back log of orders and administrative work for the Joint ICT service, including covering year end which is particularly busy due to the complexity of budgets within the shared service.

The additional cost will be funded by underspends from the Joint ICT services salaries budget.

The Officer in the Post has welcomed the opportunity to increase the hours during this period.
