To grant a licence which will have the effect of temporarily closing the Long Stay part of the “Killamarsh Active” Car Park, Killamarsh, (as per attached plan) – from 8am-5pm on Saturday 15th July 2023 for use by Killamarsh Parish Council.

Reasons for the decision:

To enable Killamarsh Parish Council to hold a Summer Fete Event with stalls and rides.

Alternative options considered:

There are no other locations available for this event and it will not go ahead without the Temporary Partial Car Park Closure being in place.
