Following an open tender procurement process
the proposed contractor has been identified as providing the best
overall value submission for the contract.
Alternative options considered:
A total of six bids were received for the
contract and following detailed evaluation of cost and quality the
other bids were rejected as Westdale Services Limited provided a
better submission.
