the use of NEDDC lane at Ankerbold Lane, Tupton to Mr D Prime for
the location of pigeon loft(s), under the Council's standard terms
and conditions.
Reasons for the decision:
The proposed letting of vacant land at
Ankerbold Lane, Tupton, shown edged red on the attached plan. This
land has historically supported similar lettings and would
contribute to the utilisation of land in order to maintain the
current income streams.
Alternative options considered:
This land was previously let to Mr Prime's
father who recently terminated his agreement. No other expressions
of interest have been received regarding this land.
