To make a Temporary Road Closure Order under Section 21 of the Town Police Clauses Act 1847 for the B6051 (Millcross Lane), Barlow, on Saturday, 15th August 2015 from 1.55pm to 3.00pm so they can hold a Parade as part of their annual Carnival.

Reasons for the decision:

To enable the Barlow Carnival Committee to hold a Parade as part of their Carnival.

Alternative options considered:

There are no other options available for this event and it will not go ahead without the Temporary Road Closure being in place.
