To grant a determinable tenancy agreement for
grazing land at Norwood Place, Killamarsh to Ms Angela Willoughby
under the standard terms and conditions for grazing
licences.
Reasons for the decision:
The proposed letting of vacant grazing land at
Norwood Place, Killamarsh, shown edged red on the attached plan,
from the Council's waiting list. In line with current fees and
charges for such areas of land, in order to maintain the current
income stream.
Alternative options considered:
A previously application for this land was
withdrawn by the applicant after the granting of authority to
proceed (DD/148/14/GH) in December 2014.
After contacting potential applicants from the current waiting list
for grazing land, Ms Willoughby was the only applicant to express
an interest in renting this land.
