Decision:
To allow the post holder to work for BDC at
the new Clowne facility to support the sales/marketing drive in
anticipation of the new building being opened in Dec 2016.
The post holder will spend 1 day per week at BDC delivering this
service and recharges from NEDDC to BDC will be made in respect of
this service.
Reasons for the decision:
BDC have no dedicated resource in this area at
present although the new structure beyond the centres completion
will have a resource included in this area.
The business case and success of this new facility development will
be supported by this temporary arrangement.
Alternative options considered:
To recruit externally - rejected due to BDC
strategic Leisure Developer Partner support package being
implemented post completion which includes resources/support in
this area.
