To create an 11.25 hour contracted post for a Trampoline Coach at Dronfield.

DSC currently use 2 coaches based on the following:
* 3.5 hrs/week paid through NEDDC on a casual contract
* 3.5 hrs/week freelance instructor
The freelance instructor can no longer provide the service and coaches of this qualification are difficult to source.
There is an opportunity to combine the two posts/budgets to create one single contract and add 4.25 hours to create 11.25 hours contract based upon current waiting lists and demand.
Income vs cost of delivery currently stands at a ratio of approx. 2:1 based upon the coaches fees for delivering the current classes.
By increasing the classes and provision we will maintain this ratio, however our income we anticipate to increase significantly.
We currently operate these classes at 94% occupancy with large waiting lists at the younger age range.
We do not require additional resources to implement this change as this will be met from existing budgets.

Attempt to identify a replacement for the coach that is leaving from an external sources - rejected as this would be very difficult to achieve due to the rarity of this skill set and qualification and the times that our programme would require them.
