a standard council 3 year lease for industrial property.
Reasons for the decision:
The proposed letting of Unit 1 Pavilion
Workshops, Park Road, Holmewood S42 5UY to maintain current income
stream and to remove the financial liability of this unoccupied
unit.
The unit is currently an empty shell and an agreement has been
reached with the incoming tenant to undertake essential electrical
installation works and redecoration in exchange for the granting of
a six month licence of occupation prior to the formal commencement
of the lease agreement.
