agreed that it would fund the scheme by way of commuted sum
receipts to the value of £140,000. The scheme is for 100%
social housing.
The developer is East Midlands Housing (EMH) group and the site is
Chesterfield Road, Long Duckmanton.
Any alternative options would result in the
repayment of the commuted receipts to the developer with interest.
This is not considered a feasible option.
