From the 1st March 2024 to move the management
of the 3 PAs to the Directors. Each Director will manage their own
PA.
A review and informal consultation with the
PAs has been carried out in view of the previous Manager having a
new post within the Council. The consensus view was that each PA
would be better managed by the Director they work for in the
future. This means there is no need to replace the previous
management role.
To keep a manager position. This was rejected
as apart from the management of the PAs there is insufficient work
to justify another Manager.
