west of Netherdene Road, Dronfield. Plan attached.
Reasons for the decision:
It has been deemed appropriate to create TPO
295 as an Order specified by individual tree and group of
trees.
The trees, by reason of their size, shape and location are
considered to significantly contribute to the leafy character and
visual amenity of the area.
There is a foreseeable threat to the trees at this
location.
Alternative options considered:
There is one other option and that’s to
not make the order but that requires the council ignore the
possible risk of losing important trees and this is not considered
a suitable alternative.
