Authority for Decision: Cabinet Minute No 676 (2015/16) RESOLVED:- that Cabinet 1. Approves the Alma Road design and mix of affordable and shared ownership units as outlined within the report. 2. Approves phase one of the strategic plan which includes demolition of 43 properties on the Whiteleas Estate and the construction of 50 new homes at Alma Road, North Wingfield. 3. Agrees that Rykneld Homes Limited state consultation and negotiations with the owners of the 11 privately owned properties and implement the previously approved consultation programme with all tenants and residents. 4. Agrees to delegate the decisions in respect of potential purchase or exchange of privately owned properties to the Executive Director - Operations, following consultation with the Leader of the Council.
