To establish the NEDDC Local Authority
Discretionary Grants Fund as directed by Government, as a response
to COVID-19.
The local scheme directly reflects the priorities identified in the
BEIS guidance published on 13 May 2020, with the expectation that
the Fund is launched and payments made from early June 2020.
The Scheme will be administered by the Partnership Strategy Team,
in collaboration with
Economic Development.
