To consider the List of Key Decisions – Issue No 89

RESOLVED – That the List of Key Decisions Issue No 89 be noted.

To consider the Work Programme for the Organisation Scrutiny Committee 2019/20 and review the proposed workload.

Members discussed the itinerary for the planned visit to the Eckington depot site, as well as interviews that were to be conducted at a future meeting.

RESOLVED – That the work programme for the Committee be noted.

To consider any other matter which the Chair of the meeting is of the opinion should be considered as a matter of urgency.

There were no additional urgent items for discussion at this meeting.

The next meeting of the Organisation Scrutiny Committee is scheduled to take place on 14 January 2019 at 10.00 am.

Walkabout and discussion with staff – Mill Lane.

As part of the Committee’s review into Health and Wellbeing, Members walked around the District Council offices at Mill Lane to talk with staff, and to gather their views on the Council’s approach to health and wellbeing. The views of staff would be incorporated into the Committee’s triangulation of evidence towards the end of the municipal year.
