for the use of land at Sales Avenue/Ford Street, Tupton on Saturday
23 July 2016 by Tupton Events Committee for Tupton
Carnival.
Reasons for the decision:
An application has been received from Tupton
Events Committee, for temporary use of Council owned land at Sales
Avenue/Ford Street, Tupton as a venue for Tupton Carnival to be
held on Saturday 23 July 2016.
A standard licence agreement for events of this nature will be
entered into.
No fee will be charged as this is a community event.
A bond will be held for re-instatement of the land if
required.
Public indemnity insurance will be held by the licensee to cover
the event
