a site compound on land off South Close garage site, Unstone be
approved for a period of 6 months, under the Council's standard
terms and conditions for such licences.
Reasons for the decision:
An application has been received from Amco
Rail to erect a site compound on Council owned land off South Close
garage site, Unstone, edged black on attached plan. This is
required for strengthening work to the nearby rail viaduct. A fee
of £150.00 will be charged to cover the administration costs
of drafting the agreement.
