Section 21 of the Town Police Clauses Act 1847 for a Christmas
Market, on Market Street (between Gosber Street and Royale Close),
and Part of Southgate (fron the junction of Market and the junction
of Station Road, Eckington on 9th December 2016 between 1.45pm and
8.15pm.
Reasons for the decision:
To enable Eckington Town Team to hold their
Christmas Market.

There are no other options available for this
event and it will not go ahead without the Temporary Road Closure
being in place.
